Fish Fry Skeet Open Wrap Up

Skeet News

Over 140 competitors of all ages broke well over 75,000 targets through the Fish Fry Open weekend, February 23 - 25, with a delicious Fish Fry dinner enjoyed by competitors and guests Saturday night. Congratulations to event winners who were rewarded with custom engraved belt buckles from Jim Beasley’s Tilden Trophies. All Fish Fry scores available here.

Zone 4 is rich with upcoming Junior talent, including Fish Fry Open competitors Houston Deshotels, Sheaffer Stanfill, Avery Lawski, Riley Dellinger, Grayson Williams, Alison Boyette, and Emmett Kogan.  Congratulations to these dedicated student-athletes! And congratulations to JCTS Skeet Chairman, Russ Naples, who shot a 381 in the Fish Fry while running the tournament and refereeing!

We look forward to seeing many of you out practicing in preparation for the Florida State Skeet Championship April 20 – 22 at the Palatka Skeet Club. Contact one of the instructors at JCTS if you want to tune up your game. And put the Emory Pappy Memorial Skeet Open on your fall calendar for November  2 – 4!
