Wednesday Night Dinners!
Rumor has it that JCTS is the place to be on Wednesday nights! Why cook at home all week when you can join with friends at JCTS to enjoy a steak or salmon dinner catered by local culinary staff. For $23 you can grill a Chairman's Reserve Ribeye with all side dishes. This type of ribeye is served at the finest restaurants! Or you can choose to grill a filet of Atlantic Salmon with all side dishes for $20. Every Wednesday, JCTS is fortunate to have local Sous Chef Cuong "Coon" Nguyen assisted by JCTS's Amanda Simmons and often Brita Stennes, a rising international tennis star. Skeet and trap fields are open till 8:30pm. The five stand field and seven of the skeet fields have great lights for night sports. If we have "winter" again, the firepit and fireplace will warm you up! See you at the club!
